Initial contact

To gain a good understanding of what your needs are when moving home, we arrange an initial meeting or telephone call at your convenience to discuss your particular property requirements, current market prices, schooling requirements and accessibility to local amenities.

Property Research

Once we have fully discussed your individual requirements, we are able to use our network of local Estate and Lettings Agents to create a unique portfolio of suitable properties for you. If you are concerned about the suitability of any property at this stage, we are able to view the property on your behalf to save you any inconvenience at the accompanied viewing stage.

Accompanied viewings

Once a final portfolio of properties is ready for you, we will arrange an itinerary of viewings of suitable properties on which we will accompany you. Dependent on the size of the geographical area that your requirements cover, we will ensure that there are a suitable number of properties to view in one day. To give you an idea of where your suitable properties are placed geographically, we produce detailed maps with each property marked.

Negotiations

At some stage, you will be ready to proceed onto the next stage of your property purchase or rental agreement. We are able to liaise on your behalf with the Estate Agent, Letting Agent, Solicitor or Surveyor, having a good relationship with these specialists means that we can put you in a prime position to ensure your offer is taken seriously.
